First Sewing Project

Cutting

The needle

Stuffing

The product and pride (both his and mine)
We had such fun making this little pachyderm together. He wants to sew everything now, time to set up his own sewing basket. I can't wait to see the things he creates!

How gorgeous! that's really cool that you can buy pre-printed shapes that you can cut out, sew and stuff!

i haven't seen much like that in my local fabric shops, but i'll have to keep an eye out.

happy sewing!

I would love to give something like this a try with my kids. I just don't know if they are ready, too wiggly and too young. I shouldn't assume though!

That fabric is great, where did you find it?

I love the pix, cute boy and a job well done!

That's wonderful! My daughter was so proud to just stitch up the end of the little sit-upon we made, I will have to get her some projects so she can make some 'real' things too! I love your son's hair - it's gorgeous! (I can't spell!) Thanks for leaving a comment about my yard sale finds!
